Welcome to under1minute, where we truly understand what it means to be in your midyears. We know that waking up in the morning can come with a sense of realization that change is needed, and that exercise plays a vital role in that transformation. Yet, it can be disheartening to find that existing fitness programs fail to recognize and cater to your unique needs and the changes your body undergoes during midlife.
That's why I created this program. As a fitness trainer who has worked closely with hundreds of women just like you, I understand the challenges and desires you face during this phase of life. I have witnessed firsthand the incredible impact that exercise can have on your overall well-being, not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well.
Our program is built upon the belief that creating a fitness habit starts with taking tiny steps. We begin with just one 30-second exercise a day that we “habit stack” by attaching it to something we already do. Gradually, over the course of six weeks, we guide you towards building a fitness habit that incorporates 30 minutes of exercise into your routine, six days a week. Our method is designed to be approachable, sustainable, and enjoyable, so that you genuinely look forward to each exercise session.
