Program Duration: 6 Weeks
Target Audience: Women aged 40 and above.
Our Goal: We're here to help you establish a fitness routine that starts with simplicity and evolves into a lifelong commitment.
Fitness Level: Suitable for both beginners and those with prior experience; exercises can be adapted to suit various fitness levels.
Equipment: All you need is a chair, an exercise mat, and optional modifications.
Modality: Our program encompasses Strength, Aerobic, Stretching, Core, and Meditation exercises.
Your Mission: Commence with a 30-second exercise on day 1 and progressively increase your daily exercise until you reach a consistent 30-minute routine.
Stay Hydrated: Your goal is to drink 1 cup (8 ounces) of water every hour.
Our innovative, neuroscience-based program solidifies exercise as a lasting habit. We kick off with a single 30-second exercise and incrementally intensify it daily, cleverly outsmarting the brain. When your brain senses accomplishment, it craves more. By the program's end, you'll have honed a 30-minute habit that can potentially transform your life in numerous ways.
We'll alternate between days of strength training and walking exercises. Additionally, we'll introduce a bonus exercise that you'll seamlessly stack onto your daily routines, such as using the bathroom, checking messages, or grabbing a snack. Each everyday action becomes an opportunity to complete 30 seconds of exercise, allowing you to accumulate between 70-90 reps daily and an impressive 350-450 reps by the challenge's conclusion.
