I began with the 5-day Beginner's Fitness Challenge and subsequently enrolled in your 6 Week Fitness program, where I transitioned from exercising for 30 seconds to an impressive 30 minutes within 6 weeks.
By week 2, I had lost 6 pounds.
By the time week 4 arrived, I found myself getting up and completing my exercises without hesitation. It became a natural part of my routine, and I no longer needed to consciously think about it. Even on days when I couldn't recall the specific exercise for that moment, I would simply do one from earlier in the program.

What type of workouts are included?
Foundation: We help you to build a solid fitness foundation taking you from 30 seconds a day to 30 minutes of exercise a day in just 6 weeks with our habit building program. This perfect for beginners and people who thrive with structure built into their day. Gentle exercise will improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. It is also great for people recovering from illness or certain pains.
Your daily workouts will grow to include 4 foundational elements needed for your overall health and wellness:
Cardio: High energy, low impact cardio exercises to get your heart pumping
Stretch: Core-strength, flexibility and overall body awareness exercises
Strength: Exercises that use your body weight (additional weights optional) to maintain muscle mass, bone density, and overall functional fitness. These exercises help to reduce your risk of injury, increase your balance and maintain a quality of life as you age.
Meditation: Under1meditation help for mental clarity, reducing stress, and fostering a sense of calm in your daily routine. This quick sessions empower you to effortlessly make positive life changes.
